LibraryThing is fun! I suspect there is a lot more here than I have found and figured out how to do. I was looking for a way to see what tags other people had used for a book while I was adding one to my library. I haven't found how to have it show up on the add page, I have to add the book then go to edit the book then I can see other peoples tags. So for me right now it is a two step process.
I have created an account for myself and one for the Mears Library. I am going to add the recent widget to the Mears website to showcase the new stuff at the library. I haven't added anything to that library yet though.
I was re-editing my profile a little more closely when I noticed the section on reviews. If you don't choose a setting after 30 days you automatically go unrestricted. I tried to find if a review on LibraryThing might automatically end up on Amazon if you were on unrestricted but I couldn't find any evidence of that happening but I wouldn't be surprised. The adage "always read the fine print" is still applicable even with Web 2.0 tools!

Oh, the fine print is always so fun :-)
I really like the idea of being able to use LT in conjunction with the Mears Website. Should be an interesting trial. You will have to let us know how it works in the application during the year.
